A TEMPORARY LULL DEVELOPMENTS AWAITED. (A. and N.Z.} SYDNEY, April 28. The faction dispute in the State Labour Party is at present at a standstill. Each side is waiting for the other to act. The next development will probably occur when the Federal Executive of the Australian Labour Party meets at Canberra next week. The dispute will then be revived as to which body should represent New South Wales at that conference. Each State has the right to appoint six delegates. The Seale conference and a majority of the Executive both claim to be the constitutional body.
