BOYS AND THEIR WAYS

A LIMIT ARBITRATION JUDGE’S VIEWS —_ (Special to “Chronicle.”) AUCKLAND, April 28. j “While the Court is anxious to see | a boy get on and is sorry to see him discharged for misconduct, there are I cases where sometimes we have to say | that his conduct is such as to justify , his dismissal.” This remark was made by Mr Justice Frazer in the Arbitration Court this morning, when considering a case concerning a wrongful dismissal. “The Court is inclined to the view that boys will be boys,” he added, “and certain allowances are made for ■tho indiscretions of youth. There is, however, a limit to tnat sort of thing, and the Court has to be fair to both employer and employee.”
