SOCIALISTS DEFEATED
A COSTLY CAMPAIGN ELECTIONS IN AUSTRIA 1(A t N.Z.) VIENNA, April 26. Ab the result of the election the return to power of the Seipel Ministry seems assured. The Social Democrats conducted a vigorous and costly campaign and retained the city seats, but were unable to shake the bourgeoise parties in the country. Commercial circles are greatly relievas there is now no fear of a Socialist Government.
