ITALY AND BELGRADE JUGOSLAVIAN CABINET RESIGNS Received April 17, 5.5 p.m. (A and N. Z.) BELGRADE, April 16. In view of the revival of hostile Italian Press propaganda, With new charges of Jugo-Slavian military activity, the political parties are tending to come to closer unity. It is understood that the Ministry has resigned, so as to permit the formation of a new Cabinet on broader national lines.
