AUCKLAND MAN CHARGED TROUBLE OVER CHILDREN (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, March 16. At the, Police Court to-day, Barbara Menzies sought to have her husband, Algernon Chichester Campbell Alenzies, aged 48, bound over to keep the peace, alleging that he had threatenerl to kill her. The parties had been separated since July of last year. Complainant, in evidence, said that on »Larch 8, the husband insisted on seeing his children. He. said to Her: “This is no good to me. I’m. going To see the kiddies or I’ll kill you and then do for myself and finish it all up. Alenzies denied that he had threatened to kill his wife. He was anxious io see his children. Accused having been in custody Tor several days, the case was adjourned for six months. It can be brought up at any time.
