HOSPITAL UPKEEP
MR LANG’S PROPOSALS 'additional contributions SYDNEY, March 10. Details of the Government’s Hospital Bill show that it is proposed to set up a commission of three members and to provide for the establishment of industrial contributions by employers and employees. Provision is also made for levying a hospital rate on unimproved land values. The Bill will not be put through all its stages during the present session. During the recess the proposal to insert a clause legalising State lottery will be considered by Cabinet and caucus.
