Beautiful ana interesting as the whole river is, the part from the House boat down to Pipiriki is the best of all. The great walls close in, rising sheer from the water’s edge. Surmounting them are stately hills, whose tree-crowned crests rise to kiss the heavens, and over all is spread a glorious mantle of vegetation. Such wealth of foliage, such harmonious blending of colours, such magnificence is displayed, the picture is a perfect scK/nc masterpiece.
When you feel indifferent to a nieal help it down with Hayward’s Military Pickle. You can’t resist its delightful piquant flavour. Make sure it’s “Military.” 9
