Special Meeting of the Wanganui City Council duly convened and held at the Council Chambers St. Hill Strict on Tuesday the Sth day of March 192" the following resolution intended to operate as a Special Order was duly passed : THAT the Wanganui City Council in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Tho Municipal Corporations Act 1920 and in pursuance and exercise of all other powers in thht behalf enabling it DOTH HEREBY RESOLVE hv Special Order: To make a new street in the citv of Wanganui commencing at the existing south-western termination of Ridgway Street in the said City thence crossing the New Zealand line of railway by an overbridge and continuing thence along ano parallel to the northern boundary of the old Wanganui General Come tery (now closed and declared to be a public reserve pursuant to Section 78 of ‘‘The Cemeteries Ac' 1908”) to tho eastern boundary of Guyton Street the length of such now street being fourteen chains decimal five links.
