MINISTERS’ ARTICLES MUCH LITERATURE ON WAR MATTERS Received March 8, 10. 10 p.m. LONDON, March 8. Speaking in the House of Commons Mr C. G. Ammon (Labour) inquired whether Mr Baldwin had extended the prohibition of Ministers writing for the Press to books and newspaper articles dealing with contemporary history calling into question the conduct of distinguished, naval officers and others who. were unable to reply.
