AGAINST THE SOVIET PARIS WRITER’S DEMAND LONDON, March 7. “Coty,” in a leading article in the Paris paper “Figaro,” urges the European powers to present a united front against the Soviet Government. The “Petit Parisien” says the Pope is preparing a vigorous protest against the Soviet’s continued persecution of Boman Catholic clergy.
