ADVANCE IN PRICES CALCUTTA, March 2. At the final tea sales of the season the demand was active. Prices advanced six pies to an anna in the case of leaf teas, and six pies for dusts. Tea interests strongly condemn the Budget proposals to increase the ascessment from 25 per cent, on tea companies to 50 per cent., as a set-off to the abolition of the tea export duty.
