QUARANTINE
FOR CHINESE STEAMER MYSTERIOUS RASH ON PASSENGER. Received March 4, 6.50 p.m. SYDNEY, March 4. On arrival from China to-day the steamer Changte was held in quarantine owing to a rash being discovered on a Chinese passenger. The port medical officers were unable to diagnose the rash and the vessel was detained pending its development.
