TOUR OF THE WORLD EUROPEAN JOURNEY COMPLETED LISBON, Feb. 20. A German, Enos Klemek, who is attempting to win the 1000 gold marks the German Government has reputely offered, laccompanicd by an Austrian, Franz Tapeltal, who is collecting notes for a book on a world tour on horseback, started from Flensdwig, in May, 1925. They traversed Czecho-Slovakia, Hungary, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, France, and Spain, where one horse died, the travellers alternatively riding the other. They arrived at Oporto during the rebellion and a shell killed the remaining hofse. Accordingly they took triain to Lisbon, embarking for the Canaries. They have already covered 12,700 miles and intend visiting Africa, America, Australia, Asia and Russiia.
