RACES AT WANGANUL ON February 17 & 19, the usual 7.20 a.m. Hawera - Wanganui train will leave Hawera 7.50 a.m., Patea 8.42, Waverlcy 9.12, Waitotara 9.32, Kai Iwi 10.6, Racecourse 10.52, Wanganui arrive 10.55 a.m. The usual 4.0 p.m. train for Hawera leaves Wangahui 5.30 p.m., Racecourse, 5.36, Kai Iwi 6.13, Waitotara 6.53, Waverlcy 7.13, Patea 7.40, Hawera arrive 8.35 p.m. Usual 4.12 p.m. train Wanganui to Palmerston North will run to Marton only, and will stop at Racecourse. Special train for Palmerston Norrh leaves Wanganui 5.10 p.m., Racecourse 5.20, Aramoho 5.30, Fordell 5.58, Tura- . kina 6.28, Marton arrive 6.57, depart 7.35, Greatford 7.45, Halcombe 8.5, Palmerston North arrive 9.0 p.m. The 6.25 a.m. train from Marton, 6.44 a.m. train from Palmerston North, and 7.50 a.m. train from Hawera will stop at Wanganui B-acecourse to set down passengers. HOLIDAY EXCURSION TICKETS, available for return until February 21, will be issued to Wanganui from New Plymouth, Waitara, Opunake, Tahora. Normanby and intermediate stations from February 16 to 18, and by trains due to arrive Wanganui up to 12.45 p.m. on February 19. CHEAP EXCURSION TICKETS, available for return until February 21, will be issued to Wanganui from Palmerston North-Hawera and intermediate stations on February 17 and 18, and by morning trains due' to arrive Wanganui up to 2.45 p.m. on February 19.
