DULL AND SHOWERY MOVEMENTS OF BAROMETER (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, Jan. 4. The Weather Bureau to-night issued the following forecast for 24 hours:— Present indications are for modciUte to strong north-east to south-east winds, northward of East Cape and Kawhia and north-westerlies to southwesterlies elsewhere. The weather will be dull, misty and showery, with a cool change 'shortly. The barometer has a falling tendency, but is rising everywhere after about 16 hours.
