TRAINS IN SPAIN PASSENGERS HELD UP. AEROPLANES TO DROP FOOD. Received Dec. 30. 8.15 p.m. MADRID, Dec. 29. The Government is sending aeroplanes to drop food and comforts for passengers in snowbound trains on the Madrid-Albacete railway, where the snow is 5 feet deep and is still fall- ■- ing. Relief trains were forced to re--1 turn.
