A NEW PETROL
NON-INFLAMMABLE INVENTION OF A FRENCH ENGINEER. TESTS TN PROGRESS. LONDON, Dec. 27. The Paris edition of the Chicago “Tribune” says that groat interest is being shown in aviation circles over the announcement that the French engineer M.
