FOR THE SOVIET MR. COOK READY FOR REVOLUTION. WILL PUSH CLASS WAR. Received Dec. 28. 7.40 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 27. Advices from Moscow, via Riga, state that Mr A. J. Cook, the British Miners’ Federation secretary, sent a letter thanking the Soviet bodies and promising greater revolutionary activity in Britain. He intends to visit Russia again in May. The letter adds: “It is necessary to employ Russian methods to win.
