FOR FOUR DAYS HEAVY LOSSES INFLICTED 9 NICARAGUAN REBELS MAKING HEADWAY Received Dec. 28. 9.335 p.m. MANAGUA, Dec. 26. The opposing forces of the Conservaive and Liberal (rebel) Governments at Las Perlas, in the East Coast district of Nicaragua, declared a truce to bury their dead and care for the wounded. The losses were heavy on both sides as the result of a four-days’ battle, in which the Liberals, allegedly aided by Mexicans, forced the Conservatives to withdraw towards minefields.
