CALLOUS HUSBAND
LEAVES WIFE IN LONDON PROVISIONAL ORDER MADE REHEARING IN NEW ZEALAND LONDON. May 2. Mrs Violet Spencer was granted a provisional order of 30s weekly against Leonard Spencer, residing at Wellington. She gave evidence that her husband posted a photograph of a girl whom he said he loved, adding that as his wife was young and pretty she could easily find a more suitable mate. Nevertheless she was willing to go and live with him. The Judge pointed out that the case would have to be reheard in New Zealand.
