REDUCTION OF TAXATION REICHSTAG PASSES BUDGET REPUBLICAN COURT ABOLISHED. BERLIN, March 28. The Reichstag read the Budget a third time, including a reduction of the turnover tax to 75 and the repeal of the tax on wines. This is the first time since 1911 that the Budget has been passed within the proper time. The Supreme Court, especially instituted for the protection of the Republic, was abolished.
