ACROSS COUNTRY EIGHT MILE CHAMPIONSHIP ENGLAND GETS THERE FIRST BRUSSELS, March 28. The international cross country championship of eight miles resulted: England 1, France 2, Scotland 3, Ireland 4, Wales 5, Belgium 6. The Englishman Harper arrived first, taking 44 minutes 17 2-ssee.
