OIL FUEL

NAVAL OIL TANKS DEPOT AT TRINCOMALEE POSITION OF MERCHANT SHIPS LONDON, Feb. 18. In the House of Commons Sir W. H. Davison said that he anticipated naval oil tanks being constructed at Trincomalee would be completed in April. He added that oil fuel would only be available for merchant ships in cases of emergency.
