RACEGOING LADIES GRACED THURSDAY’S OUTING DRESS AT AUTUMN CARNIVAL The weather for the races on Thursday was perfect, and the opportunity for wearing dainty flowered chiffon or ninon frocks, lace and other fragile material was taken full advantage of. Brown, in all its varying shades, was almost as popular as the flowered materials, and sunshades of every variety of hue added to the charming scene.
