FORECAST FOR TO-DAY. (Per Prese Association.! WELLINGTON, Feb. 15. The Government Meteorologist’s forecast is as follows: — Indications are for moderate to strong and increasing northerly winds, weather fair and warmer generally, but clouding over for a change to follow, especially in the western and southern districts. Barometer falling in the south shortly.
