BOY IN SERIOUS CONDITTOW. [Per Press Associstion.Y AUCKLAND, Feb. !<• Jack McLeod, aged 6J years, residing at 130 a, Great North Road, was knocked down by a motor car while crossing the road. He had to have a big toe amputated, and he also suffered a broken leg and injuries to the head. He was unconscious when admitted to the hospital last night, and his condition shows no improvement to-day.
