Mr Frank Hodges, in announcing that the Australian Miners’ Union has affiliated with the International Miners’ Federation, hopes that, it will not be long before a delegation from Australia attends meetings of the international body. It is expected that the New Zealand Miners’ Union will be affiliated shortly.
