FORECAST FOR TO-DAY BAROMETER UP AND DOWN [Per Press Association] WELLINGTON, Feb. 12. The Government Aleteorologist’s forecast is as follows: — Present indications are for strong westerly and southwesterly winds, with changeable weather generally and scattered rain in the western districts. Barometer unsteady, rising and falling again soon.
