DIRECTOR’S DOUBTS DID LITTLE TAKE HIS LIFE? HAPPY IN HIS EMPLOYMENT [Per Press Association.] PALMERSTON N., Feb. 3. William Thomas Little, a former Flock House boy, who was found shot at Te Uru, near Dannevirkc, on Tuesday. was a son of Mrs Little, of Birmingham. His father was an able seaman on the warship Natal, losing his life when the vessel was blown up in 1915. Following training at Flock House, deceased was indentured to his late employer, and spent the last eight month advantageously. He worked conscientiously and was thrifty, and his Post Office Savings Bank book showed he had saved a fair sum. Mr T. R. Lees, the managing director of the Sheep Owners’ Debt to British Seamen Fund, has expressed doubts that deceased committed suicide, as he had previously written stating he was most happy in his employment.
