MOVIE ACTORS’ PREDICAMENT ADRIFT ON SHIP IN DISTRESS “BELIEVED TO BE SEAWORTHY” Received Feb. 3, 11.5 p.m. SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 3. A telegram from San Pedro, California, states that the clipper ship Indiana, with a motion picture company of fifty persons, is in distress at sea in the Catalina Channel before a strong wind. The ship is old and without power other than sails, but is believed to be seaworthy.
