He trusted that the state of affairs would continue. Addressing the Grand Jury, His Honour said the calendar was a short one, comprising four charges of dishonesty and one of a sexual nature. The shortness of the calendar was further evidence of the very gratifying fact that the wave of crime which recently passed over the Dominion was now receding. True bills were returned in all cases.
