MESSAGE TO ULSTER BIRTH OF A NEW SPIRIT. DELIVERANCE FROM BYGONE AGONIES. Received December 24, 9.35 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 23. Sir James Craig, Premier of Northern Ireland, in a Christmas message says: “In contrast to the overcast nutlook last, year, this Christmas presents new hope, not. only to Ulster, but to all Ireland. All should be grateful for the delivery by Divine mercy from the agonies of bygone years and for the birth of a. new spirit, of goodwill.”
