The “Sun” Newspaper, Limited, which proposes to establish a new evening newspaper in Auckland, has acquired a property on tho corner of Albert and Wyndham Streets for £23,000. The property has a frontage of 80 feet tn Albert Street and 140 feet to Wyndham Street. Tho purchase price works out at £287 10s a foot on the main Albert Street frontage.
