FORECAST FOR TO-DAY. [Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, Dec. 21. The Government Aleterologist’s forecast is as follows: — Prfesent indications are for fair to strong southerly to westerly winds, increasing southward of Napier. Weather fair to cloudy generally, but becoming unsettled in districts with a westerly aspect. Barometer falling soon in the south.
