CAN A PACT AVAIL?
SUGGESTED TEST IN THE BALKANS , GREECE WILLING TO SIGN Received Nov. 12, 9.45 p.m. GENEVA, Nov. 11. The League of Nations secretariat .'has been informed that Greece is willing to sign a Balkan Security Pact. It lis expected Mr Chamberlain will, at a , Council meeting in December, appeal to the Balkan powers to sign a pact on the 'lines of the Locarno Pact.
