A KEEN MARKET. Messrs Abrahams and Williams, Ltd., and Wright. Stephenson and Co.. Ltd. report on .Johnsonville sale, held o’i Tuesday:—A very nice lot of bullock;came forward, consisting of medium fc heavy weights. A keen sale resulted at prices on a par with the previous sale. The quality of the sheep yarded with the exception of a few pens, was only mediocre, but all lots sold freely A few spring lambs met with keen com petition. We quote*: —Heavy bullocks £lB, £lB 10s to £lB 19s; medium, £ll 10s, £l7 12s 6d. £l7 17s (id; lighter, £l' 10s to £l6; woolly wethers, £2 2s to £1 3s; woolly ewes, 39s sd; shorn wethers 38s 3d to 395; shorn hoggets, 295; shorr ewes, 31s Bd, 325, 34s Bd, 35s 2d; spring lambs, 29s 6d, 32s 2d, 34s to 34s 7d.
