Japan is building i warships and submarines for herself 1 •and Russia. France is flirting with i Russia and Japan. The Bolsheviks! propose to ruin Europe with the help* of the coloured races, aiming first at Germany, which is the backbone of j Europe, Britain and France. Emaseu- , lated Germany, which is defenceless. ' moreover contains 1.000,000 Bolsheviks eager to assist the Russions. Consequently Tndi*a, Burma. Indo-China.
