At the end of the financial year, tho amount at credit of depositors in the New South Wales Government Savings Bank was £60,546,000, an increase of £2,554,482 over tho previous year. There were 1,093,686 accounts, representing an increase of 48,599 for tho year. The excess of deposits over withdrawals was £429,686.
