Scotland Yard has issued a description of Joseph Victor Collins, an American, a mathematics master, aged sixty-five, who, with his wife and daughter, had been three weeks visiting London. Collins left his daughter at. the corner of Guildford Street in order to go to King’s Gross. He has not since been seen. He had £630 in notes and credit cheques in his possession.
