The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile, Wellington, report:—There was a. good attendance of buyers, both local and Dunedin, at our fourth rabbit skin i sale held to-day when wo offered a fairsized catalogue. Bidding was very spirited and prices advanced from 3d Io lOd per lb. on last sale’s rates. I Winter fawns in particular were keenly iSOught after and the price obtained, j IOOd, is a Now Zealand record this I season for winter fawn. Our next (monthly sale will be held on August ' 28, when we shall also be offering opossum skins.
