SEVEN DAYS’ FORECAST. By Telegraph—Special to “Chronicle” AUCKLAND, July 21. Forecast for seven days—-An‘Arctic disturbances, Cacho, has developed a second centre of energy. Expect inter mittent rain, heavy at times and fresh to squally winds from between N.N.E., N.W., and W., colder conditions likely as the rear side passes over under S.VV. to southerly weather. Snow is then likely on high country. Temporary improvement may be expected as the period evolves. A new Antarctic dis turbance, Hosio, is due about the dose of the time. Seas rough, lifter moderating.
