(Sun Special). VICTORIA <B.C.) July 11. Banff railway station platform was the scene to-day of a dramatic mooting between Earl Haig and Lord Byng, the Governor-General of Canada. Earl Haig had alighted from his special train and was being greeted by a committee of veterans, when he espied Lord Byng standing smiling in the background. They drew aside for 15 minutes’ > ar:;est conversation.
