MACKENZIE CASE
APPEAL DISMISSED. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, July 13. At the Appeal Court, in the Dundas Mackenzie case, Sir Robert Stout stated this morning that since hearing Mr Myers on Friday, the Court had had an opportunity of considering the evidence, and thought it unnecessary to hear counsel for respondent, and that the judgment of the Court below should not be disturbed. The appeal, therefore, will be dismissed with costs on the highest scale.
