Second round: Crole Rees and Barclay beat Aitken and Ingram, 8-10, 6-3, 6-4, 3-6. 6-4. Tn the second round of the ladies’ doubles. Misses Harper and Akhurst defeated Aliss St. George and Mrs Melody. 6-2, 6-3. Mixed Doubles, first round:— Dash and Mrs Watson beat Utz and Mrs Utz 6-3, 6-0. Jacob and Mrs Pitt beat Melody and Mrs Melody, 6-2. 6-2. Second round: Gilbert and Miss McKanc beat Fotheringham and Miss Busby.
