THE PARITUTU FATALITY
NO TRACE OF VICTIM. (Per Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, June 29. An all day search for the body of Janies Scanlan, who fell from Paritu1u yesterday, was without result. Sufficient evidence was found to warrant the belief that Scanlan fell from near the summit into the sea, and that life must have been extinct before he had fallen far. Scach will be resumed to-morrow.
