The latest developments in the waterside trouble were provided by the crew of the inter-State steamer Canberra, who, after being logged for attending a stop-work meeting, just before the ship was due to sail, refused duty, and the steamer was held up. The Commonwealth liner Carina has been laid up owing to the uncertainty of getting a crew.
