T)UBLIC Notice is hereby given that the WaAtotara County Council intend, at their next meeting to be held on Monday, July 13, 1925, acting under {Sections 120 and 121 of the Counties Act, 1920, and Section 50 of The Rating Act, 1908, as amended by 1 Section 5 of the Rating Amendment Act, 1913,. to make and levy a General Rate on the rateable (capital; value of all rateable property within the Waitotara County as follows:—In the Brunswick, Waitotara and Westmere Ridings, one penny farthing (l-}d) in the pound.
