T)UBLIC Notice is hereby given that the WaAtotara County Council intend, at their next meeting to be held on Monday, July 13, 1925, acting under {Sections 120 and 121 of the Counties Act, 1920, and Section 50 of The Rating Act, 1908, as amended by 1 Section 5 of the Rating Amendment Act, 1913,. to make and levy a General Rate on the rateable (capital; value of all rateable property within the Waitotara County as follows:—In the Brunswick, Waitotara and Westmere Ridings, one penny farthing (l-}d) in the pound. In the Tokomaru Riding, one penny halfpenny (lid) in the pound for the period commencing on April 1, 1925, and ending ou Marell 31, 1926, payable in one instalment on the 14th day of July, 1925, at the Council’s Office, 112 Ridgway Street, Wnnganui; and notice is hereby that the Valuation Roll and Rate Book are open for inspection at the Council’s Office aforesaid during Office hours. IT is hereby notified that under tho provisions of the Regulations con- • tained in the NEW ZEALAND GAt ZETTE of the 7th June, 1923, an election will be held for the purpose of electing three producers’ representatives on the New Zealand Meat Producers Board in accordance with the . following procedure: —• (a) An Electoral Committee of twenty-five shall elect the three producers’ representatives. (b) For the purpose of the election ’ of the said twenty-five delegates the , Board has divided New Zealand into 1 Electoral Districts as under, and the number of delegates to be elected for each Electoral District is as shown 1 herein: — .
