WAVERLEY TOWN BOARD. NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER. NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Waverley Town Boarcf held on Wednesday, the Bth day of April, 1925, the following resolution was passed: — THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “The Town Board’s Aet, 1908,’’ and “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913,’’ and the respective thereof and in pursuance aid exercise of every authority or power enabling it in that behalf, The Waverley Town Board hereby resolves as follows: — I THAT for the purpose of providing interest and sinking fund and other charges or. a loan of £4420. authorised to be raised under the provisions of The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, and Amendments thereof for the purposes of FORMATION and Metalling of the following streets or parts thereof situate in the Township of Waverley, namely:—Chester Street, from Wera-

roa Road to Fookes Street; Bear Street from Weraroa Road to Smith Street; Gioag Street, from Weraroa Road to Fookes Street; Brassey Street from Chester Street to Wilson Street; Hussey Street from Chester Street to Gloag Street; Smith Street from Chester Street to Gloag Street; Weraroa Road; also tar grouting part of Weraroa Road; kerbing and channelling and tar grouting footpaths in part of Weraroa Road; engineering -on I contingencies.

The Waverley Town Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of One and Fifteen-Sixteenths pence in the £ on the rateable value of the whole of the Waverley Town District (on the basis <>f the unimproved value). AND that such special rate shall be an aniaual recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable at the Board’s Office, Waverley, on the first day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 364 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
