MISSING MAN’S WHEREABOUTS BELIEVED TO BE ON MAHENO. Received January 9, 11 45 p.m. SYDNEY, Jan. 9. De Garis, who was believed to have committed suicide, is believed to be aboard the Maheno. The police wirelessed certain instructions to the vessel, and if suspicions are correct the suspect will be interviewed befor o he lands in New Zealand.
