SHIPWRECKED CREW

(Per Press Association). AUCKLAND, Oct. 1. Four officers and 19 of the crew of the Norwegian steamer Mecua, wrecked on the Tonga group, arrived by the Tofua to-day. The captain and ten others remained at Nukualofa. The former proceed to Sydney by the Ullmaroa on Friday en route to Norway. The weather at the time of the wreck was calm, those aboard being in no danger at any time.
